How far back can a QuickBooks cleanup go?
As far back as needed. Most cleanups go back 6–12 months, but we've worked on multi-year backlogs too.
Do you have to delete everything and start over?
No. We work inside your existing QuickBooks file and fix what's there. We don't delete and rebuild unless it's absolutely necessary.
What do you need from me to start a cleanup?
Access to your QuickBooks Online, bank statements, and answers to a few questions about how you run your business.
How long does a cleanup take?
Most cleanups take 1–3 weeks depending on how far behind you are and how complex your books are.
Will my records be accurate after cleanup?
Yes. Everything will be reconciled, categorized correctly, and your reports will reflect what actually happened in your business.
Do you work only in QuickBooks Online?
Yes. We specialize in QuickBooks Online because it gives us the best tools to work efficiently and accurately.
If you're using spreadsheets or another system, we can help you migrate to QuickBooks Online.
Do you file taxes or sales tax?
No. We clean up your books so they're ready for your CPA or tax preparer. We don't file returns.
What happens after cleanup is done?
You'll have clean, accurate books. From there, you can keep them up yourself, hire us for monthly bookkeeping, or work with another bookkeeper.
